Summary: The only real complaint we had was they charge a daily “resort fee” , which is a bit ridiculous being it is basically a hotel . They also charged a daily parking fee which we had no knowledge of until check in . If we had that information prior to making the reservation, it may have changed our choice since it significantly increased the cost of our stay.

Summary: I have been going to this location for almost 30 years, since it was the Ramada Plaza Beach Resort. It is always excellent. Every staff member we encountered was top notch. The location can’t be beat. You walk to the back of the property and you are on the beach. Depending on which room you select, you can walk out of your room and be on the beach or in the pool. Everything you need is right here. Destin is just a few miles away, across the bay bridge. I do have one complaint. The water in the grotto pool was so cold, that we couldn’t swim in it. We tried, and we just couldn’t stay in the cold water. Some people were swimming, so apparently it didn’t bother them. I heard other people leaving the grotto pool and going to the other smaller pool because the water was so cold. Other than that, I have no complaints and will continue to stay here.

Summary: My husband and I had a fantastic weekend! Loved the waterfall pool, it was cold but refreshing, the heated pool, hot tub and fantastic beach! The room itself was nice. The frills were outside! Taking a walk through the resort was nice gardens and small soothing waterfalls! They had several bars, restaurant, food truck and the food was pretty good too!

Summary: Wonderful vacation and hotel! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly, so much to do! Wish there was coffee in the lobby as the room coffee was nasty and the coffee shop doesn’t open until 8am. The pools were awesome and it was super convenient to walk down to the beach and get chair and umbrella rentals. Cocktails are expensive so budget for that

Summary: This trip was amazing! The Island impressed on all levels. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The accommodations were perfect! I'd visit again and again 🌹

Summary: Unfortunately we only stayed one day. Beautiful room view pools. But you definitely need an upgrade on your food for the price your charging.
